Job description

We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives. Will help us meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

 

To be successful as an area sales manager, you should be committed to driving sales and adept at managing a sales team. Ultimately, an outstanding area sales manager should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.

 

Responsibility :

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

To be able to technically understand client needs. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Must address the client requirements as per organisational norms.

Shall be responsible for booking targets based on area vis potential.

Shall be responsible for execution coordination & client updates.

Shall be responsible to carry out awareness schemes as per organisational releases.

The candidate must be having capability to develop efficient/dedicated team under him/her.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Reporting to Vertex Sales In charge and will be under Vertex direct supervision.

 

 

Eligibility Criteria :

 

Education : UG, Any Graduate in Any Specialization PG :Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization Fresh Graduates / MBA / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Streams

 

Communication Skills: Fluent in communication - English ( preferred ) / Hindi / Bengali

 

Other Eligibility: Hard working, disciplined and systematic approach. High degree of commitment levels. Fast learner. Strong hygiene & grooming. Good communicator.

 

Computer Skills : Basics in MS Word / Excel / Power Point, e-mail etiquette.

Salary is no bar for the right candidate. However there will be a basic salary hike, incentive with no upward ceiling, and is proportional to order intake as per company norms.

Conveyance reimbursement for official duties at actual ( own vehicle preferred )
