Job Scope

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be

confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have

evidence of strong skills, possess good negotiation skills, and be diligent in follow-ups. They will

have to actively hunt for new businesses to be onboarded. They should also have the capability

to give necessary client demos with confident technical prowess on the product.


Job Responsibilities

         Actively hunt for new businesses

         Pitch Recordent's value proposition to clients

         Onboard clients by providing technical and business guidance

         Build relationships with prospective clients

         Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

         Manage sales pipeline

         Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

         Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Key Requirements

         Bachelor's degree & 3+ years in sales industry

         Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

         Strong negotiation skills

         Strong communication and presentation skills

         CRM experience is preferred

         Ability to give client demonstrations online on technical product

Salary Offered At par with the Industry.
