Job Scope:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing digital campaigns, funnelling of

leads, and ability to assess success of campaigns based on measurable metrics.

They should have strong analytical skills to understand digital footprint and measurably improve

the same, based on google analytics and other related tools. They should have the

experimenter’s mindset to do A/B tests on campaigns to arrive at improvements in execution.


Job Responsibilities:

·        Monitor campaigns and work with the agency to optimize campaigns on Digital Media

·        (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video), database marketing (primarily email, push

·        notification SMS).

·        Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns

·        Generating B2B sales leads, while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of leads,

·        etc.

·        Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on

·        investment and efficient CAC

·        Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid,

·        organic & own media channels

·        Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

·        Curate campaign insights from Email campaigns, SMS campaigns,

·        FB/LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads on customer segmentation and journey.

·        Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas,

·        feedback & present results.


Key Requirements

·        Have minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in Campaign Management

·        Have demonstrable experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective

·        multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, Email marketing,

·        SMS marketing, social media, and other digital channels.

·        Have willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute as opposed to creating strategies.

·        You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and dashboard-based

·        reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

·        You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and

·        consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

·        You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

·        You are open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver.



·        PDBM or MBA

·        3 -7 yrs experience in Digital Marketing

·        Certification in google adwords and digital Marketing is preferable but not medatory

·        Salary Offered: At par with the Industry
