Education Qualification: Graduate
Scope: Team Role to handle technical queries.
Work Location: Remote online work until offices reopen
Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week
Shifts (subject to change):
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM or 02:00 PM to 11:00 AM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM
Experience: 1-6 years
Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi
Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed
Role Details:
● Support student and teacher experience and ensure high CSAT scores
● Ensure high teacher and student engagement and in turn high net promoter scores (NPS) from Teacher and
Students
● Responsible for solving queries of students and teachers.
● Maintain good relationships with students and teachers so that the business can maximize the value of those
relationships.
● Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and successfully (TAT 5 minutes).
● Resolving network issues.
● Installing and configuring hardware and software.
● Setting Up System using Remote Desktop Connections like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree
● Proven success rate at levels above quotas
● Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
● Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
● Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.
● Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Good written and verbal communication.
● Strong organizational skills
● Comfortable with change of shift timings as per business requirement
● Email voice and chat experience will be an advantage
Salary: Between INR 4 lac to 6.1 lac p.a. + Night Allowance + Incentives
